ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 2 herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2025

2. It is reported that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the first respondent, whereas the Investigating Officer is the second respondent. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the second respondent shall consider the same within a period of four (4) weeks therefrom.
