19311 & 19312 of 2021 dated 13/12/2021 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNAKARAN.K.M, Advocate for the petitioner in both Crl.MP's and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent in both Crl.MP's, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.19311 and 19312 of 2021 on 13.12.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.1281 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.19311 and 19312 of 2021 on 13.12.2021 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
