2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 15.01.2026 and pass orders on own merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition (Crl.) stands disposed of. No costs.
