ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 420 and 406 I.P.C., in Crime No.Not known of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is acted as a President in the Defacto Complainant's Society. There was a misappropriation of funds to tune of Rs.95 lakhs in the Society in the name of agricultural loan and the petitioner herein has signed in the loan form. Hence, a case has been registered for the above said offences.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person, he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that as of now, no case/no enquiry is pending against the petitioner. Hence, apprehension of arrest does not arise. Further, only 81 enquiry of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Society Act is pending against the petitioner, thereby, this application is filed in a premature stage.
