This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and limb on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 23.01.2020. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents Police would submit that the petitioner had sent a complaint by post which has been received by the respondents 1 and 2 and proceedings were initiated in Current Paper No.03 of 2020 dated 25.01.2020.
