The learned counsel for the petitioners made a submission that the enquiry reports submitted by the Enquiry Officer are in favour of the petitioners, as charges against the petitioners were not proved.

2.In view of the above submission, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in these writ petitions. In respect of other grievances, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the competent authority for redressal. 3.Accordingly, these Writ Petitions stand closed. No costs.
