The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to conduct proper enquiry and dispose

the petitioner's complaint dated 25.09.2025 and C.S.R.No.729/2025 within the time frame fixed by this court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint notice was issued. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to process the complaint and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
