... 2nd Respondent (Crime No.538 of 2000) PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439 (i) (b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul District, Dindigul in Crl.M.P.No.2782 of 2017 on 20.12.2017 to the effect that instead of "appear and sign before the Subordinate Judge, Vedasandur, Dindigul District daily at 10.30 am" it may be modified as "appear and sign before the Sub Inspector of Police, Batlagundu Police Station, Dindigul District".

This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.2 imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul District, Dindigul in Crl.M.P.No.2782 of 2017 on 20.12.2017 as "appear and sign before the Sub Inspector of Police, Batlagundu Police Station, Dindigul District" instead of "appear and sign before the Subordinate Judge, Vedasandur, Dindigul District daily at 10.30 am until further orders and on the hearing dates without fail". https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent,Police.

3. Considering the submission made by both sides, the condition No.2 imposed vide order dated, 20.12.2017 made in Crl.M.P.No.2782 of 2017, by the Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul District, Dindigul is modified to the extent that "the petitioner shall appear and sign before the second respondent / the SubInspector of Police, Batlagundu Police Station, Dindigul District daily at 10.00 am until further orders and on the hearing dates without fail". The other conditions if any shall remain unaltered.
