For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 28/2020 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The first petitioner is the erstwhile husband of the defacto complainant and the other petitioners are the in-laws. Marriage between them took place on 24.12.2017 and thereafter the defacto complainant left the matrimonial house on 29.03.2018. There was some difference of opinion between them for which divorce petition has been filed in HMOP No.45 of 2019 and pending trial. The grievance of the defacto complainant is that her 20 sovereigns of gold jewels and sreedhana articles worth Rs.15 lakhs have been misappropriated by the petitioners. Subsequent to the same there was further demand of dowry. Added to it the first petitioner is impotent and unable to perform the matrimonial life.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) also produced the medical certificate of the first petitioner to show the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner took time to convince the petitioners to settle the issue. Today it is reported that the petitioners have submitted a letter dated 07.02.2021 seeking for withdrawal of the petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the same finding the role played by the petitioners, this Court directs the respondent police to take suitable action in this regard immediately.

5. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
