COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The present petitioners in these petitions who seek to implead, are existing lessees of the shops run by the Municipality. The main prayer of the writ petitioner is not to renew the lease in favour of the existing lessees, instead, the Municipality can go for public auction.
2. Whether the existing lessees are entitled to get renewal or it should go for public auction by the Municipality is the issue to be decided in the main writ petition, for which, the present lessees are to be heard. In view of the same, the present petitions are to be ordered and accordingly ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments. If counter affidavits are not filed by the respondents in the main writ petition, they can file counter including the present impleaded respondents returnable in four weeks.
