2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIJAYARAJA.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5643 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.819 of 2022, dated 29.04.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the final report has been filed and the case has been taken up for trial in C.C.No.17 of 2022 on the file the learned Additional District Judge, Principal Special Judge for NDPS Cases, Madurai and case stands posted on 01.02.2023. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1361 of 2023 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5643 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.819 of 2022, dated 29.04.2022 is modified to the effect to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Additional District Judge, Principal Special Judge for NDPS Cases, Madurai in C.C.No.17 of 2022 on 01.02.2023 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
