ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the personal appearance of the petitioner before the Court below may be dispensed with. Accordingly, the personal appearance of the petitioner in M.C.No.15 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur, is dispensed with, except the dates of hearing, on which, the learned Judicial Magistrate insisted upon the petitioner to appear before the Court.
