This Criminal Original Petition is filed for cancel the bail granted to the second respondent herein in Crl.OP(MD)No.18819 of 2023 dated 05.12.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already, the petitioner was surrender before the Court. Hence, Cancellation of anticipatory bail does not arise and the same was confirmed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
