Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned Notices of Enquiry (3 Nos.) dated 21.01.2020 issued by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents herein to proceed with the enquiry only after permitting the petitioner to engage an Advocate for his assistance in facing the Departmental Proceedings in P.R.No.39/2019 pending on the file of the second respondent based on his representation dated 14.11.2019, 23.11.2019, 05.12.2019 and 13.01.2020.
