PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.1466 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner/A1, who was arrested on 06.10.2020, for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b), II (C) and 25, 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.1466 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

3. The case of the prosecution is that on secret information, the Sub Inspector of Police intercepted the petitioner along with other accused in three different motor cycles, they found in possession of 22kgs of ganja. Hence, the case.

4. This is the third bail petition. The earlier bail petitions filed by this petitioner were dismissed by this Court on 25.10.2021 and 06.01.2022 considering the antecedents of the petitioner and the quantity involved in this case https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5. Since there is no change in circumstances of the case, after the dismissal of the earlier bail petitions, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
