ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who are arrayed as A15 and 17 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 323, 452 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.161 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. According to the de facto complainant, the petitioners abused the de-facto complainant with filthy language and also criminally intimidated.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that A1 to 14 and A16 were arrested and released on bail on 05.08.2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, Madurai District.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the co-accused were already released on bail, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, Madurai District, and on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
