When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the present writ petition has been filed challenging the Notification No.10 of 2019 dated 12.06.2019. In the absence of interim order, the selection process was conducted and the

posts were filled up.

2. The facts in the present case are not in dispute. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned notification dated 12.06.2019 solely on the ground that the marks were not provided for the employment seniority in the selection process. Further, in the absence of any interim order, the selection process was conducted and the posts were filled up. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
