ORDER
The present petition is filed seeking permission to conduct Kabadi Event from 27.01.2024 to 28.01.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notive for the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner has to appear before the concerned police for getting permission and on such appearance, necessary orders would be passed by the police following the Circulars issued by the the Director General of Police, Tamil Nadu/Head of State Police Force, Chennai-4, in Rc.No.159539/Crime 4(3)/2018 dated 31.10.2018 and in Rc.No.007301/General-I(I)/2019, dated 09.04.2019.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner accepted the same and contended that he would give suitable instructions to the petitioner. 2/4
4. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. NCC :
