2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the defacto complainant for directing the second respondent to file the final report.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that final report was filed as early as on 13.07.2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchatram. However, it is yet to be taken on file.
4. Since in such cases, Courts take a stand that the final report has not been filed, the second respondent is directed to make verification in this regard. If the final report is not available, a fresh copy of the final report shall be filed and the jurisdictional Magistrate shall take a call in the matter on merits https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
