ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The sale notice issued by the respondent dated 03.01.2024, fixing the date of sale on 25.01.2024, is under challenge in this Writ Petition. 2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has settled the entire outstanding amount of Rs.7,49,500/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Forty Nine Thousand and Five Hundred Only) to the respondent Bank and therefore, she is entitled for return of original documents.
3.Considering the nature of prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, we are of the view that the prayer has become infructuous. However, the petitioner claims that she has settled the entire outstanding amount. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before the respondent Bank seeking for return of original documents and on receipt of such representation, the respondent Bank shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
