ORDER
This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in the order dated 16.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21767 of 2024.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21767 of 2024 on 16.12.2024, regularly and prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied the conditions for eighteen days.
4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21767 of 2024 on 16.12.2024 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
