The above petitions have been filed (i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant and (ii) to bring on record the proposed petitioners 2 to 10 as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 10 in the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

891 of 2026 to condone the delay in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant is allowed today, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main papers and post the main appeal on 26.02.2026.
