This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. In Crime No.279 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation completed and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court on 12.07.2015 and the same was taken on file.

3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
