ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash C.C.No.116 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai. It is a private complaint filed by the respondents herein. To quash the same, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed. The parties have filed a joint memo of compromise. Even though only one of the accused appeared before the Court, the complainant has no objection for quashing the entire proceedings. The entire proceedings stand quashed. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The benefit of this order will enure in favour of the non-petitioning accused also. In view of the consensus among the parties, the proceedings in C.C.No.432 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Madurai, is also quashed.
