Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus call for the records relating to the proceedings made in Na.Ka.A5/21407/2009 dated 6.7.2012 on the file of the 2nd respondent quash the same and directing the 1st respondent to pay pension terminal benefits and other benefits to the petitioner .
