2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the production of the certified copy of the order in I.A.No.2 of 2023 in O.S.No.12 of 2024 is dispensed with for the present. However, the certified copy of the same shall be produced immediately upon its receipt from the trial court.
