ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 294(b), 420 and 506 (i) of IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2019, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner was arrested by the respondent police and there is nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner becomes infructuous.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition.
