ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 506(i) of IPC & Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No.1 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the husband of the defacto complainant, namely, the first petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month to the defacto complainant from 01.05.2018 onwards. He would further submit that there is a scope for re-union and that the matter may be referred to mediation. At this stage, he would further submit that the first petitioner has filed an application for restitution of conjugal rights.

3.Taking note of the aforesaid undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 5.The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed. sd/- 11/04/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
