Not known of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the first petitioner is the mother of the second petitioner and the defacto complainant is the mother of the first petitioner's daughter-in-law. Due to the family dispute, the petitioners herein have demanded additional dowry from the defacto complainant's daughter, due to which, she was tortured by the petitioners herein. Hence, a complaint has been lodged for the above said offences.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons, they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that as of now, no case/no enquiry is pending against the petitioners. Hence, apprehension of arrest does not arise.
