PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.18 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Earlier when the matter came up for hearing on 04.02.2021 this Court had directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to instruction from the petitioner whether he is willing to marry the victim.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he got instructions from the lower court counsel to withdraw the present petition.

3. As observed by the earlier order the only intention of the petitioner is to have physical relationship with the victim and not to marry her.
