ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Mr.M.Jerin Mathew, Advocate for the Petitioner and of R.Meenakshi Sundaram, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

" This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD).No.893 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. 4.Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed.
