Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 herein to provide necessary police protection to the life and the limb of the petitioners and 1st petitioner's property comprised in S.No 649/1B and T.No.673 situated in 5th ward Madurai road, Begumpur, Dindigul town on the basis of the complaint given by the 2nd petitioner dated 21.07.2015 and also take necessary action against the proposed accused.

O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking police protection to the life and the limb of the petitioners and 1st petitioner's property. 2.Now, nearly 3 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
