Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the fair and decreetal order dated 31.01.2019 passed in I.D.O.P.No.244 of 2018 on the file of learned District Judge, Family Court, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) There is a delay of 304 days in representing the papers.
2. Though the petitioner has explained the reasons for condonation of delay in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, since the delay is on the higher side, in the interest of justice, we are of the view that the delay can be condoned on payment of costs. Accordingly, the delay of 304 days in representing the papers is condoned on condition the petitioner paying a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Honourable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CMP(MD) No.1250 of 2020 Chief Justice Relief Fund within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
