O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.2 to register FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 28.02.2018 and initiate necessary action in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had borrowed a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- from the accused persons, for which the accused person demanded exorbitant interest from the petitioner. Moreover, he abused the petitioner by using his caste name. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent No.1 and the same was forwarded to respondent no.2. So far, no case has been registered. Hence, the petitioner has filed this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 15.02.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
