ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested and remanded in the judicial custody from 11.11.2018 for the alleged offences under Sections 294 (b) and 307 of IPC, in Cr.No.276 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity the petitioner along with other accused had threatened the defacto complainant and her friend with knife and assaulted them, thereby the defacto complainant sustained injury. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he did not commit any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner was detained in Goondas Act. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and since the was detained in Goondas Act, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
