This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.22267 of 2024, dated 02.01.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22267 of 2024, dated 02.01.2025 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions for nearly 11 days. 1/3
