2. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after getting appropriate orders passed in Section 122(1)(b) r/w.117 of Cr.P.C. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
