ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue suitable orders to withdraw and transfer the investigation in Crime NO.186 of 2023 pending on the file of the third respondent to the second respondent for a fair and speedy investigation accordance with law within a reasonable time.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that it is pathway dispute and on the complaint of the petitioner, the petitioner and the private respondents were called for enquiry and since both entered into compromise, the complaint was closed.
