I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and these petitions are allowed on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the petitions shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
