O R D E R

This Court directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's application in the light of the decision of the Honourable Supreme Court in the case of Esjaypee Inspects Private Limited Vs. AGM and AO, Canara Bank, reported in 2021(2) CTC 493. Now, the respondent has passed an order dated 30.01.2026 rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

2. Hence, this Court is of the considered opinion that there is no contempt as alleged. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the rejection order.
