O R D E R

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to give adequate protection to the petitioner's life and limb by considering his complaint dated 16.02.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the third respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that there is some outstanding dispute between the parties.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent made a submission before this Court that the outstanding dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent is being resolved and added that at no point of time, the third respondent made any threat to the petitioner's life and limb.

5. The above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent is recorded. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
