The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with impugned unnumbered final report filed in connection with D.No.1243 of 2014 dated 30.05.2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur in Crime No.329 of 2012 on the file of the 2nd respondent and set aside the same. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.09.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 28.09.2018. 3.Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
