This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.23991 of 2025 dated 22.09.2025 has not been complied with.

2.Today(30.01.2026), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent by referring to the proceedings of the Director General of Police, Chennai in Rc.No. 1104/NGB.VI(1)/2024, dated 28.11.2025 submits that the request of this petitioner has been considered and it has been rejected. A copy of the above proceedings has also been furnished to the petitioner. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, considering the nature of relief granted by this Court in WP(MD) No.23991 of 2025 and the scope of this contempt petition, this contempt petition is closed with 2/4

liberty to this petitioner to challenge the above proceedings in the manner known to law.
