O R D E R

This petition has been filed to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.02.2018 and to take necessary action on the complaint.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is residing at Sangiliyandapuram, Trichy. The petitioner has been newly constructing a house in the above said place. On 08.02.2018, while the petitioner was engaged in the construction house, the proposed accused along with other persons abused the petitioner using filthy language and made a life threat to her and also attacked with deadly weapons. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 11.02.2018 before the second respondent. However, no action has been taken and hence the present Criminal Original Petition is filed.

3.On the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, the complaint is under petition enquiry stage.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
