The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner gave a statement before the respondents that he will approach the Valavanur Police Station to make the complaint. Therefore, the present complaint is not maintainable. 2.In reply to the aforesaid submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Valavanur Police Station to seek his remedy.
