For R-1 and R-2 : Mr.J.Senthil Kumariah COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pay difference in interest payable to the petitioners towards the belated payment of their terminal benefits, like, P.F., Gratuity and Unavailed Leave Salary, commutation, from the date of their retirement to till the date of actual payment made to them together with 18% interest and all other attendant benefits to them.

2.It is seen that the petitioners had already approached this Court in W.P(MD)Nos.15664 of 2016, 6893 of 2010 and 20099 of 2016 and this Court, vide orders, dated 30.08.2016, 07.04.2016 and 19.10.2016, respectively, ordered for payment of interest on belated settlement of terminal benefits at the rate of 6%. Therefore, the present claim of interest once again at the rate of 18%, cannot be sustained. Hence, these writ petitions are dismissed. No costs.
