O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by an order dated 06.08.2015 made in Crl.M.P.No.1982 of 2015, on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul.

2 The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner for the offences under Sections 294(b), 341 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.280 of 2015, directed the petitioner to stay at Nagercoil for 30 days and report before Town Police Station, Nagercoil, daily at 10.00 am.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is suffering from eye ailments, for which he is taking treatment at Madurai Medical College, Madurai, and he is ready to reside at Madurai and report before the Othakadai Police Station.

4. Heard the learned Government advocate (Crl. Side).

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition Nos. 2 and 3 imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, in Crl.M.P.No.1982 of 2015 are modified to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Othakadai Police Station, for a period of 30 days, daily at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

10.00 am and thereafter, he shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

6. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
