ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A2 and A3 in Crime No.155 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.08.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 366(A) IPC and Sec.6 of Protection of Children Sexual Offences Act 2012 r/w. 120 of IPC, and hence, seek bail.
2. According to the de facto complainant, the first accused had kidnapped his daughter on 22.07.2015 and the accused 2 and 3 had helped the first accused for the commission of offence. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are an innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case, since they are friends of the first accused.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that A1 was arrested and the victim has been secured and now, she is residing with her parents.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact the victim has been secured, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court - cum - Mahila Court, Madurai, and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am until further orders.
