This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint based on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.03.2014.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that no such complaint was received from the petitioner and no FIR has been filed.

3. Considering the submission, this court directs the petitioner to appear before the third respondent on 24.06.2015 with a copy of the complaint. The second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry after the appearance of the petitioner within six weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
