The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2025 and conduct the enquiry upon the same and consequently direct the second respondent to not to register any subsequent documents related to the fraudulent double document of Title deeds of Document No.1164/2013 dated 28.02.2013 and Doc.No.1410/2024 dated 27.03.2024 in respect of the petitioner's 2/6
family property measuring 62 cents in Survey No.688/1, situated at Kunnuvarayan Kottai Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.Since no adverse orders are passed against the private respondents, notice to the respondents 3 & 4 is dispensed with. 4.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that already fraudulent documents have been registered in Document No.1164/2013 dated 28.02.2013 and Doc.No.1410/2024 dated 27.03.2024, relating to the petitioner's property and now, again the respondents 3 & 4 are attempting to alienate the property to third parties. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation before the official respondents on 09.12.2025. Since the said representation is pending consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
5.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that if any document relating to 3/6
the subject property is presented for registration, due notice will be issued to the petitioner and thereafter, the official respondents will take a decision.
6.Heard the learned Counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
7.Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the parties, this Court directs the second respondent to provide an intimation to the petitioner, in the event any document is presented for registration relating to the subject property, also provide an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter decide the same in accordance with law.
8.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
